HOA Dues (Goods and Services)

  • ALL custom and patio home dues are DUE on or before the 1st of each month.
  • Dues/Fees are considered LATE after the 10th of each month. A late fee of $25 will be charged to the homeowner. If any fees or dues are 60 days late, we will attempt to notify the homeowner and the HOME WATER will be turned off.

Annual Fees for Boathouse & Pool Owners
Boathouse fees and pool fees are DUE IN FULL January 1 of each year.

  • Annual Boathouse fee - $350 
  • Annual Pool fee - $150
